Curtin College is a Registered Training Organization (RTO) overseen by the national Vocational Education and Training (VET) regulator, the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). ASQA regulates courses and training providers to ensure the nationally approved quality standards are met. As an RTO, Curtin College has to adhere to the national set of standards for VET accredited courses, which assures nationally consistent, high quality training and assessment services for the clients of Australia's vocational education and training system.
Curtin College is also registered as a Higher Education Provider determined by the Higher Education Protocols and approved by the Australian Government's Department of Industry, Innovation, Climate Change, Science, Research and Tertiary Education. It is registered to offer it's Diploma programs through the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA).

Curtin College is guided by the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000, for its delivery of programs to international students, and is registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students with CRICOS Provider Code 02042G.
As part of the accreditation process, courses are reviewed and revised on a regular basis so that Curtin College students are guaranteed current and relevant courses in line with Curtin University's curriculum.
