Curtin College, Perth

Curtin College’s registered name is College’s of Business and Technology Pty Ltd (WA) trading as Curtin College Perth. It is a Registered Training Organization (RTO) overseen by the national Vocational Education and Training (VET) regulator, the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). The College is registered to provide the Certificate IV Tertiary Preparation Program (NTIS 52374).

As an RTO Curtin College adheres to the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) national set of standards which assures nationally consistent, high-quality training and assessment services for the clients of Australia’s vocational education and training system. It consists of two nationally agreed conditions and standards for RTOs:

• AQTF Essential Conditions and Standards for Initial Registration
• AQTF Essential Conditions and Standards for Continuing Registration

Curtin College is registered as a Higher Education Provider determined by the Higher Education Protocols and approved by the Australian Government’s Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR). ). It is currently registered in Western Australia through the Department of Education Services, Western Australia to offer its Diploma programs. As from 1 January 2012 the College will be registered nationally through the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). Curtin College is guided by the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000, for its delivery of programs to international students, and is registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students with CRICOS Provider Code 02042G.

As part of the accreditation process, courses are reviewed and revised on a regular basis so that Curtin College students are guaranteed current and relevant courses in line with Curtin University’s curriculum.

Curtin College also offers courses at Curtin Sydney in New South Wales and Curtin Singapore in Singapore.
